In this report, Amnesty International investigates summary killings by both separatist militia units, as well as ukrainian military forces.
The victims are civilians who were often detained without charges. Information about these kind of murders committed by insurgent units was known already – the accusation of ukrainian military units proceeding in the same manner is a novelty.
