A group of Human Right defenders went to the so-called Chemical Triangle between Lysychansk, Severodonetsk and Rubizhne in the northern part of eastern Ukraine, to investigate cases of abduction, executions, torture, forced labor and other crimes against humanity. The region, which was conquered by the ukrainian military shortly before, is considered a stronghold of separatist movements in the area. Many of the crimes could be connected to local police forces.
