We publish monitoring reports about the non-government and government controlled parts of Eastern Ukraine based on the findings of international human rights monitoring missions and the analysis of open internet sources. This program is implemented in partnership with human rights organisation from Ukraine, Russia, Poland and other countries and coordinated by DRA e.V. in Berlin.
