The International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) released their report on a rocket attack on a residential area of Mariupol on January 25th. 31 Civilians were killed and more than 100 were wounded in the attack.
An investigation on site conducted by the IPHR revealed that around 100 Grad-missiles must have been fired from separatist controlled territory. Considering all the circumstances of the attack, fighters of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR/DNR) who allegedly are responsible for the attack must have deliberately aimed their rockets at civilians.
